Wordpress Plugin: JR Translate
Welcome to the release of my JR Translate Wordpress Plugin.
Description
This simple language translation plugin allows your users to quickly translate your webpages, through a widget on your blog.
You have the option to select the title of the Widget, which will be displayed above the language translation form. Users simply have to select their desired language and it will automatically translate the webpage for them at a good standard, meaning that even foreign users can read your content.
It’s very user-friendly and quick to setup. Simply activate the plugin, change the settings and add the widget to your sidebar!
Installation
1. Upload `jr_translate.php` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
3. Edit the JR Translate Settings in your Administration Panel
4. Enable the Widget through the Appearance –> Widgets tab.

I deaktivatet the plugin because I have some strange occurances on the other widget areas “Main Footer” “Footer Sidebar” the apperance of this is not correct when I activate your plugin. I use Tarski theme from http://tarskitheme.com/ maybe you can look this up.

Is there an easy way to integrate this into a non-widgetized site?
November 19th, 2009 at 10:26 pm
Preston: Wow, I don’t see a non-widgetized site very often!
For your information, it’s very easy to integrate it. Just open up your theme, find where you want it to appear and enter the following code:
<?php show_translate(); ?>
This should display the plugin, in the same way that the widget works.
