Hi,
Well today I have finally purchased a new phone. Previously using an iPhone 3G which I’ve had since a few weeks before the iPhone 3GS announcement last year, I have now purchased a nice HTC WildFire phone.
It’s currently on contract with T-Mobile UK for £20 a month with 400 minutes, unlimited texts and unlimited internet (Which has a fair usage policy of 3GB of transfer per month) which isn’t bad at all in terms of pricing. Now all I’ve got to do is cancel my 30 day phone contract with O2, what fun.
The phone itself is actually very good. It looks quite nice and operates a lot differently to the iPhone. I was getting bored of the iPhone’s boring menus and the touch screen started to get quite annoying after a while too and I wasn’t keen on paying for the iPhone 4 with it’s huge costs and antenna problems. I did consider getting a free iPhone 4 but decided it was not worth the hassle.
This was the first time I had used a Google Android phone too, I was very impressed. There are a huge amount of different applications pre-installed and the general look of it was quite sleek. The Android Market isn’t bad either, but there isn’t as much variety in the applications as there is on the iPhone’s App Store.
Perhaps the biggest problem with the HTC WildFire phone is the internet browser on it. It works fine but the internet just doesn’t look good on it. When you browse a website, everything looks quite pixelated and isn’t good at all, although manageable. Other than that, the internet is quick and definitely usable.
I really love the Google Maps application on the HTC WildFire, too. It can get the current location and directions speedily and does a good job, and can even operate like a satellite navigation system as it provides directions as you’re driving along. Great job done by Google on this one.
In conclusion, the HTC WildFire is a great phone and I’m glad to be using it!

Hi Guys,
I just thought I’d make a post saying I thank you all for commenting on the blog. Most of the comments I get on my blog seem to be comments regarding my plugins – Whether it’s regarding a bug or a feature request.
I seem to be getting quite a large amount of these comments lately so it’s quite difficult to keep up by responding to everyone. I am still going to try and respond to all of the comments, but it may take a while to get through them. All comments that have been submitted will be looked at, I’m starting to get through them now.
Over the next few days to the next week, I will be re-reading all feature request comments made on my blog and will be trying to implement as many of them as possible into my plugins and release a new major version of as many of my plugins as possible. If you have a new feature idea, it’s probably best if you make the request quite soon.
Regarding the feedback form in my plugins, again, thank you for using it. I have read all of them, but unfortunately I haven’t been able to respond to quite a lot of them. This is because of the scale I’m actually receiving them (Over 20 messages a day most of the time) which can make it pretty difficult. It would make things much easier if the feedback form was used properly though because I do receive a significant amount of junk messages (For example, advertising a service or messages that aren’t even in English). I’m not sure how clear I need to make it that I can’t understand feedback messages sent to me in non-English language. These will unfortunately have to be ignored since I don’t know what it actually says.
Thank you for visiting my website, I’ll do my best to fix all of the bugs mentioned and add as many new features to my plugins as possible.

Just thought that I’d make my first blog post here
Not really anything exciting, but I hope I’ll be able to write more interesting stuff on here that you’ll actually want to read, instead of useless garbage like this
Thanks for reading, and I hope to see you again very shortly!
